Arbor Trace was the first full-service senior living community to offer deeded condominium ownership in Southwest Florida. The Arbor Trace Advantage is the privilege of home ownership combined with the peace of mind from a continuum of care…perfectly situated along the Gulf of Mexico in prestigious North Naples.

While other senior living options require up-front fees or endowments or require shared appreciation, Arbor Trace offers deeded, 100% equity with fee simple condominium ownership.  In January 2008, the community of residents purchased the Arbor Club which includes the full service restaurant and assisted living facility.  With a completely resident-owned community, residents are now ‘Masters of their own Destiny’ and control all maintenance and club fees themselves.  As such, they also control the high level of quality and types of services and amenities offered while still keeping a close eye on reducing expenses. 

Opened in 1991, the first phase of Arbor Trace consisted of 91 lakefront villas and mid-rise condominium residences along with the 36,000 square foot Clubhouse facility surrounding Arbor Lake.  The second and final phase is now complete with the 17-level high-rise, Tower Pointe at Arbor Trace, consisting of 116 residences and amenities such as the Gathering Place on the ground floor and the Top of the Pointe Club on the top floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Little Hickory Bay.
