20th Anniversary Celebration

Arbor Trace is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year!  As the first community in southwest Florida to offer 100% equity, deeded condominium ownership, Arbor Trace has been enriching senior living since the fall of 1991.

…and a 10th Anniversary for Tower Pointe at Arbor Trace… the luxury high-rise overlooking the Gulf was completed in the fall of 2001, so Tower Pointe’s tenth anniversary coincides with the 20th anniversary of the original opening of Arbor Trace.
